- Premium: 2645 SEK/person. The finest cottages available, two separate bedrooms plus an extra bed. 4 beds.
- Standardplus: 2490 SEK/person. Approx. 25 sq m. 4-6 beds. Nice, modern cottages. Bedroom + sleeping loft/extra room adjacent to the cottage.
- Standard: 2290 SEK/person. Approx. 25 sq m. Good, classic cabins with bunk beds in one room.
- Classic: 1990 SEK/person. Newly renovated 4-bed cabins with bunk beds in one room. (Note no shower in the cabin but service building right outside). Showers are also available in your own changing rooms in the Arena.
- Lux Sports Camp: 2190 SEK/person. We have dormitories from 6-24 beds. We can allocate leaders in smaller rooms and players in larger rooms if desired and subject to space.
- Local teams without food: 595 SEK/person (Includes access to the water park and private changing room throughout the weekend).
- Local teams with food: 795 SEK/person (Includes lunch Saturday and Sunday, access to the water park and your own dressing room throughout the weekend).
* All cottages have a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. It is possible to purchase additional bedding and cleaning. Please let us know before your visit.

- School hall: 1850 SEK/person . The team lives at a school within walking distance of the arena.
- Local teams without food: 595 SEK/person.
- Local teams with food: 795 SEK/person (Includes lunch Saturday and Sunday).

- Hotel accommodation Eckerö: From 2495 SEK/person. The price includes accommodation in a multi-bed room. (three or four-bed room). For an additional 300 SEK/night and person, accommodation in a double room can be arranged. For a single room, the additional cost is 600 SEK/night.
- Hotel accommodation Mariehamn: From 2350 SEK/person. The price includes accommodation in a multi-bed room. (three or four-bed room). For an additional charge of 300 SEK/night and person, accommodation in a double room can be arranged. For a single room, the additional charge is 600 SEK/night.
- Local teams without food: 595 SEK/person.

Insurance
Each team leader is responsible for ensuring that all participants are insured on the field. Each individual participant is responsible for their own personal insurance off the field. Luxcuper does not have any collective insurance that covers injuries, illnesses, theft or vandalism.
Cancelled tournament
Luxcuper is not responsible for refunds, nor is it liable for financial loss or damage that may arise due to events beyond Luxcuper's control, such as war-like events, fire, flood, disruption of public transportation, government action, strike, or other force majeure events.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation more than 4 months before the cup – You will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee and participation fee.
- Cancellation less than 4 months before the cup – You will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee and participation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 months before the cup will not result in a refund of the registration fee and participation fee.
The following applies to the participation fee for individual players (for example, in the event of illness):
- Cancellation more than 2 weeks before the cup – You will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the cup – You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 1 week before the cup will result in non-refundable participation fees.
