Information for the cup in Kristinehamn
Accommodation in cottages
Keys to your accommodation can be collected from the reception at Herrgårdscampingen until 6:00 PM on your day of arrival. If you arrive in Kristinehamn after 6:00 PM, your keys can be collected from the secretariat in the football hall.
Sheets and towels are not included. If you wish to rent this from us, an order must be made at least 14 days before your arrival. The order is emailed to us at kristinehamn@sommarvik.se. Don't forget to state the date, number, team name and an invoicing address. Price: 100:-/set/person
The cottage must be cleaned upon departure! You will find a cleaning checklist in your cottage. Garbage is thrown away at the waste disposal station by the large gravel field. Follow the signs and the markings on your map.
Complete cleaning equipment is available in the cottages. It is possible to add final cleaning by contacting
Herrgårdscampingen or fill out an order form that is included with your accommodation information, which you will receive with your keys. The form is handed in together with the keys upon departure.
The cost for final cleaning when pre-booking is 600:-/cottage or 1200:-/lodge. If the cottage is not cleaned according to the checklist, a cost of 1000:-/cottage will be invoiced to your team.

Accommodation in Lux Sports Camp
Dormitory – Lux Sports Camp is located at Kasernvägen 7, 681 54 Kristinehamn.
Lux Sports Camp has dormitories that can accommodate 20 people in each room. The rooms have bunk beds with mattresses,
duvet and pillows. You must bring your own bedding (sheets, duvet covers and bottom sheets). Bedding can be rented for
100 SEK/person, NOTE! Needs to be pre-registered. There are shared showers and toilets in the corridor. Check-in is from
2:00 PM on Friday and check-out no later than 2:00 PM on Sunday.
Respect each other, the facility should be quiet after 10:00 PM. Remember to close the doors carefully as they
slamming doors a lot. You check in at the reception upon arrival and get the key to your room. Remember to leave the room in
the same condition as you receive it, in other words, you should clean up all your trash before leaving.
Meals
The participation fee includes two nights' accommodation and six meals: dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Kristinehamn Arena
All matches are played in Kristinehamn Arena. It is a heated indoor hall (approx. 18-19 degrees) with artificial turf. In

will have their own dressing room all weekend. You can pick up the key to the dressing room from the secretariat.

Eckerö Hall
All matches are played in the Eckerö hall. It is a heated indoor hall (approx. 18-19 degrees) with artificial turf. The facility includes, among other things, a kiosk, a football hall and changing rooms. The dimensions of the field are a full-size 11v11 (approx. 101x62m).
The address of the hall is 85 Käringsundsvägen, 22270, Åland. It is about 150 meters between the football hall and Eckerö hotel. About 1.5 km between the hall and Havsbandet hotel. And a 30-minute drive from Mariehamn.
Meals
The participation fee includes two nights' accommodation and the following meals: dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. You will eat all meals at your accommodation. The teams living in Mariehamn will eat lunch in the hall on Saturday so you do not have to travel back and forth.
Boat times
You can book a boat trip via Eckerö Linjen yourself by emailing Grupp@eckerolinjen.se . Then indicate that you are going to play Luxcuper and you will receive free passenger tickets and a 50% discount on the price for a passenger car. Here are some parameters to consider when booking a boat ticket:
The game schedule is structured around the Swedish teams arriving on the m/s Eckerös 10-trip on Friday from Grisslehamn (arriving 13:00 Finnish time in Eckerö) and returning home on the 13:30 trip from Eckerö on Sunday (arriving 14:30 Swedish time in Grisslehamn). You need to make sure you have all your bags with you for Sunday's playoff, as there is no time to travel back and forth to the hotel.
The first Swedish teams will start the matches at 14:00 and the first Finnish teams at 16:00 on Friday. The final will start at 12:00 on Sunday. NOTE! Make sure to book your boat tickets as soon as possible so that the car spaces do not run out.
